Client Transportation & Maintenance Specialist
Job Type: Part-Time
- Monday Evenings, Wednesday Days, Some On-Call Time
Education: Candidates must have at least a high school diploma.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow and maintain a timely schedule pick-ups and drop-offs with clients each day.
- Drive clients safely to/from TWC for services.
- Display hospitality to guests and clients, exhibiting a willingness to create a meaningful and uniquely better experience for our clients.
- Clean and maintain common areas of the offices such as lobbies, bathrooms, gathering areas, exterior walkways and doorways, smoking areas, etc.
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality with clients.
- Maintain accurate company vehicle records.
- Address gas levels, maintenance problems or routines, and cleanliness in all TWC vehicles.
- Ability to perform other assigned duties/tasks as may be requested.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver’s License for the State of Indiana, and a clear driving record
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working as a driver (either professionally or with a rideshare company).
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evening hours and potential split-days.
- Must enjoy working with the public, have great communication skills, be well-organized, be flexible, be patient, and be willing to learn.
- Must participate in and contribute to a strong and positive team culture.
- Must complete and pass a full criminal background check.
- Must possess basic First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to get certified within 6 months of hire.
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
